"Cronius has often felt a story itching within his mind, and when this itch comes, it is almost all he can do to suppress it. I think from the way that he is acting, the itch may have returned." speaks the new come mage, Stefan. "I think, Cronius, it is time for the story of you and I."

"That story is long, friend, and I cannot be sure that I can finish it well. However, I will try."

"I know that some may be wondering who this mage and I are, and why we are together, so I will attempt to answer...

"Once I was a lost Dragon, wandering in the caves beneath a huge mountain range in a world unknown to all but few. How I had come to be there I am still not certain. I know that I was there quite a while, and was beginning to lose hope of finding any one.

"Then came Stefan here. He had been searching through many worlds, in attempt to find one who could teach him more. More, especially about Dragons. And, in his search, he found me.

"We found each other, and slowly a bond was started... in the end we became fast friends. Then came another being, the likes of which neither of us had seen before, and I hope we never see again. Stefan did battle with that beast, but in the end, even his arts were no match... bear in mind, this was before he became recognized as MasterMage...

"And, in the end, that creature did banish us to this world. However, in this process, we were placed within another being... the young man you see behind me... Stephen. Slowly, we have found our knowledge, and finally, we have managed to become free of the human's body. There is much that is confusing in this story line, and there are many things that occur out of chronological order, and I will attempt to explain more later. However, now, I feel a need to rest, and to regain my composure after our journey. "
